Do I have to clean my kitchen?

Revolving Kitchen is a clean as you go facility. All members are required to clean their kitchens before leaving.

What hours are you open?

Our business hours are M-F 8am-5pm
Revolving Kitchen members have access to the facility 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Do I need to provide my own cleaning supplies?

Cleaning chemicals are provided. Cleaning supplies such as sponges, towels and specialty equipment cleaning supplies are not provided

How does this work during COVID-19?

We are still a masked facility and adhering to all health department guidelines. Each Kitchen can have individual procedures, as long as they adhere to the health department guidelines

Is my restaurant a good fit for a virtual kitchen?

Any restaurant could be a good fit for a virtual kitchen, we would be happy to discuss options and ideas that would best suit your business needs.

How big are your kitchens?

250sq ft, 360 sq ft, 530sq ft, 640sq ft

Does your facility have special equipment?

The equipment package provided is standard. If you need special equipment you are more than welcome to bring it.

What do I need to do to start using kitchen space?

Become a member by paying the fee and providing the documents

What is the minimum number of hours I can rent the kitchen?

As an hourly renter, you must rent a min of 10 hours a month. You can separate that however you see fit for your business.

What are the rates to use the kitchen space?

Rates vary on kitchen sizes. Please contact us for more details on our rent.

Are the kitchens shared?

The kitchens are private. When you rent hourly, the kitchen is yours for the time you have reserved. If you rent annually, it is your kitchen for the year.

Can I bring my own equipment?

Yes! You can also rent a space in our storage facility to store your equipment.

Do you provide pots and pans?

We don’t provide any small wares. You are required to bring your own pots and pans etc.

Do you have a wash bay for food trucks?

We do not have a food truck wash bay or grey water disposal.
